What you can write to us about
- Bug reports: tell us which tool you used, your browser and device, and what happened. If a file failed to convert, describe its type and approximate size (please do not send private files).
- Feature and tool requests: describe the task you are trying to complete and the format you need.
- Privacy requests: questions about our Privacy Policy or about exercising your data protection rights.
- Copyright or legal notices: include the page address and a clear description of the issue.
- Business inquiries: partnerships and advertising questions.
Before you write
Many questions are answered in our guides and in the FAQ at the bottom of each tool page. Remember that your files never reach us, so we cannot recover, repair or look at a file for you; if a conversion failed, the best way to help is to describe what you did.
